Follow the steps below to get started and to register your aircraft maintenance business into the AeroMRO program!
There are some documents that you will need to fill out, sign, and upload during this registration. These documents include the list below. Each document title on the list is a hyperlink that will provide the form for you to download and fill out.
- AirParts AeroMRO Application Document - Initial information on your company including your bank info for payment to you.
- AeroMRO Diversity Questionnaire - To work with AeroMRO government and government contractor leads, this form is necessary.
- AeroMRO Blanket Supplier Evaluation Form - Your company's initial survey and audit. This is required of operators to verify suppliers.
- IRS W-9 - This document we require to that you can be paid for the work you do for FleetCare and other AeroMRO subscribers.
- AirParts AeroMRO Credit Card Authorization form.
- If you have an FAA 145, EASA, CAA, CAAC, or any other government approved repair station, please upload the following documents:
- A copy of your 145 certificate
- A copy of your Ops Spec
- Copies of your OEM authorizations - this is critical to enable advanced revenue generation and visibility in the AeroMRO network.
- Your approved capabilities list - include a list that provides as much detail as possible (make model of aircraft, part number of parts)
- Copies of the front and back of each mechanic's license.
- Copies of the front and back of each IA's authorization
- Copy of your current insurance policy binder. If you will provide service in your own facility, provide hangar-keepers policy docs as well.
- Copy of your current FAA drug program documentation (if you are on a drug program)
- Copy of your calibrated tool list with model number, serial numbers, dates of last calibrated and cal due dates
Monthly Membership Charges:
- Each Location - $1,500 (includes first mechanic)
- Each Additional Full Time Mechanic (20 hours or more per week) - $500
- Each Additional Part Time Mechanic (20 hours or less per week) - $250
Additional Monthly Service Charges:
- Quickbooks Management - $249 plus software costs
- Intuit Payroll Management - $149 plus software costs
One Time Setup Fees:
- AeroMRO Setup Fees - $999 - All setup charges included (software, drug program setup charges, FAA registration and fees, telephone setup and phone number (local and toll free) purchase, live agent setup, online chat setup, and 5 hours of MX and QB conversion time)
- Workers Comp Insurance Setup Fees (NATA Membership Flat rate $450 per year up to 5 mechanics) plus workers comp premium charges
- Drug Program - Monthly cost $25 plus cost of drug tests
